Within 24hours the van was inoperable

Took an uber to pick this car up and the coolant gauge was on H. Pulled off had to turn right back. They put coolant drove it around to come and tell me the car is not working. Now I have to wait 3-10 business days to get my money back for an inconvenience on them.

Car was dirty, car shakes and makes weird noises, the doors open by themselves, the lock button doesn’t work, and there no hot air. Smells musty..
This is a serious accusation. Our vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and reviewed before every trip. We do not deliver cars in the condition described here. If there had been any issue during the trip, it should have been reported immediately so it could be properly addressed. We take cleanliness, safety, and maintenance seriously and do not agree with this characterization of the vehicle.
