Had a horrible experience , they were an hour and a half late to drop of the car from my scheduled time. With no real explanation or offer to change the price since it was again an hour and a half late. Making my daughter late for her check in time for summit , so her cheer gym charges me a late fee. Then was told I would have to pay the parking fee for in and out when that was never discussed , also when picking up the car I was told it was in one law and the car was not it was in the next row over. So as I was traveling alone with my daughter this was all very unsettling to be having to walk around a random park lot looking for a car that was not where we were told it was. I would not recommend them at all!

I got to the location of the car and was then told " I'd have to pay an additional fee to get it out of the location it was parked " Not before but after booking!! Then I had my 5 yr. Old daughter and multiple bags and it's night. I walked up and down the isle the car was supposed to have been located. Couldn't find the car so I sent him a text with the only vehicle out there with that description, and come to find out....The tag on the vehicle was wrong that they provided. I texted "Wtf" his response was be respectful. I said dude I have my fove or old daughter out here at night walking a parking lot for 50 minutes looking for a car you gave me the wrong information too. Be advised you will definitely pay extra dealing with these guys and they are not transparent at all!!!!
