Checked in with us during our trip multiple times to make sure we were good and comfortable! Vehicle was clean and had no issues.

Ac blower was not working when I first received the car. Fernando did meet me after I got to my hotel to change out the AC blower in the fan.

Thank you, sadly the rear ac on all the Dodge grand caravans fail unexpectedly. We have extra blowers on hand because of this. You notified us and we had the issue resolved quickly within the hour of being notified.
