The host was fantastic, and the drop off and pick up process was seamless. However, the cars air conditioning system was not functioning optimally. It took a considerable amount of time for the air to cool down. Despite this minor inconvenience, I appreciate the hassle free service provided for dropping off and picking up the car.

The quality of the car was good, we had an issue however Turo was very responsive. The host was nice, definitely was available in a pinch. I wouldn’t recommend driving this car with the check engine light on, despite the information being given as to why it’s on. Also be prepared to look for an E85 gas station, just download the app.
