The car was perfect for what we needed. Fernando was amazing and helped us out immediately when we had an issue with a key fob and met us at our hotel to give us a new one. He was amazing and would rent from him again

Fernando’s car was perfect. Pick up was easy. The car drove smoothly and had ample space for all of my needs. I had to extend my trip twice during my rental and Fernando was very kind and accommodating to my schedule changes. I will absolutely be renting from him again.

Fernando gave very clear directions about pickup and drop off. He was very quick to respond to any question or issue we had. The interior of the car was very clean. The exterior of the car had a few minor dings and such, but overall we felt very safe and comfortable in this van. The only hiccup we had was towards the end of our trip, the check engine light came on. Fernando was very quick to respond with the appropriate solution. It did turn off after we filled the car with gas and unscrewed and tightened the gas cap. I see why Fernando has many wonderful reviews. I would absolutely rent from him again.
