My family had a wonderful first experience using Turo and it was due to Joao Paulo. We had never used this before and it was so affordable. While the vehicle itself had a little bit of electrical issues with the lights and probably needs an alignment the car itself was very clean and smelled so when we picked it up. The car seats were useful for our family. The minivan worked so well to get our party of 7 to and from Disney parks and wherever we needed to go. Joao Paulo’s communication was excellent when I didn’t quite understand some of the details of picking up. Please note if you pick up from MCO you will have to pay to remove the car from the airport parking. That’s not the host’s rule that’s the airports rule. Since we dropped off from the same spot we picked up it felt so easy to drop off. We will definitely be using Turo again and I would rent from Joao Paulo again. I chose this vehicle and host for the spectacular ratings and it was definitely true.
