AC doesn’t work well but otherwise it was fine.
Hi Jennifer, the ac like many other cars struggle in Floridas extreme heat and humidity. They take longer to cool but once cooled without opening windows work great!

Gave this rental 5 stars thanks to the owner’s quick responses and prompt resolution when we had an issue. He went above and beyond by bringing a replacement van right to us, which made things super easy. Great service all around.

My experience with this vehicle was ok. I had no real issues. If you're looking for a flashy luxury car, this isn't it. But if you want something simple that can comfortably fit 7 of your guests/ family this is it. The car was clean, Pick up and drop off was simple and easy. The owner Fernando was really approachable and responded to all my questions quickly. I would rent this car again if I needed to , or any car from Fernando again.
