Originally got a rental as part of a package with our flights through another big name company. When our flight times changed significantly they couldn't update our rental car so we found Turo. We had a Universal and Disney trip planned for our daughter's birthday so the minivan was a great option. Pick up at MCO can be a little confusing as the app will scroll down to a different terminal after you selected A or B so we ended up walking all the way across the airport and ended up in terminal C before getting out to the pick up lot. The van is a little older so idles a little rough but AC worked great we had plenty of space for our family and luggage and the van drove fine. The next morning we came out to a flat rear tire. Fernando was very quick to respond when I reached out. It unfortunately was a weekend and a holiday so repair options were limited. We used our AAA and had it towed and were told a hole wore through the tire and the tread was too worn to repair so we had to replace the tire. They also told us that the other rear tire was significantly worn and should be replaced as well. When I spoke with Fernando he stated the front two tires were brand new and that the location that put them on had stated there wasn't anything wrong with the rear tires. We only replaced the one tire for $125+ and sent the report to Fernando for his records. Unfortunately we lost more then half a day at Universal that we had already purchased tickets for and spent the money on the tow and tire. Other then that issue the rental was great and we recommend Fernando for your car rental needs.

There were too many problem with the car

No issues were reported during the trip, despite us checking in multiple times. Only after the vehicle was returned did the guest raise a list of complaints, including that it “uses too much gas” and “isn’t fast enough.” These are characteristics of a 2017 V6 minivan, not defects. It is unreasonable to expect the performance, fuel economy, or features of a brand-new 2026 vehicle. Any mechanical issue reported during the trip would have been addressed immediately.
