Just a little confused on the row cuz the first couple weren’t numbered but everything was very easy, great communication and a good price for a van

This client crashed my minivan; he never even called to apologize and just reported it to Turo. Someone else—not him—returned the van; it was returned late, out of gas, and smelled of smoke from someone having smoked inside. It was the worst experience I’ve had since I started using Turo.
Pickup was easy. Communication to where the car was located was great. Windshield wipers need to be replaced. Very hard to see when raining. Car handles rough on highway. We ended up taking Waymo’s for the majority of our trip.
