Car engine failed on me. Stranded in the middle of a busy freeway for nearly 2 hours. Ruined my last two days of the trip. Ended up costing additional trying to find another rental.
Unfortunately, the van broke down on the very last day of the rental—after nine wonderful days. These things are always a risk, but the situation was handled according to protocol. Just bad luck.

Cesar and his team were so amazing. The car ran beautiful with no problems. It was clean. There was no smell and he was so responsive. He even met me at the parking garage make sure I can find the car
