Car is older and it shows. We came in way later than expected and host forgot to tell us the code to get the key. Coming with 2 small kids at 2am this was very frustrating. Car headrests could use cleaning. Drop off was frustrating with the host telling us less than an hour before where to park, even with the return listing multiple parking options. Tried calling and no answer.

Wipers don’t work well and need to be replaced. The car seat did not securely buckle, and car was late to arrive at my pick up.

The car was decent, but I was never told where it was parked so I spent over an hour after an all day flight having to walk up and down every row to find it and never heard back from the host so that sucked. Also the windshield wipers are trash and haven't been replaced,so the smallest amount of water on the windshield would just smear and be hard to look out the windshield. Never heard back from the host the whole trip either 🤔
