Good trip overall. Was great they delivered and picked up at the resort we were staying at. Only downfall was the original vehicle we booked became unavailable and we were told we were getting an upgrade but the upgraded vehicle smelled heavy for smoke and at times shifted extremely hard leaving us worry about transmission problems, the vehicle would also shut off randomly. Reaching out to owner, they didn’t seem too worried and didn’t offer any solution. Not sure the price was worth the vehicle we ended up with but the delivery and pick up really helped our trip and we only needed it for one night. The owners were super nice and responses were quick.
Thank you for your feedback. We provided a newer upgraded minivan at no extra cost after the original vehicle became unavailable last minute. The vehicle was professionally cleaned and sanitized before the trip. The transmission feel mentioned is characteristic of this Chrysler model, and the automatic start/stop feature can cause the engine to shut off temporarily by design. We're glad delivery and pickup helped make your trip easier.
