The car cleanliness was good but car doesn’t run that good-check engine light was on entire time. Also, host didn’t send code right away like they promised when we were checking in, making our check in about 20 mins later than expected. However, when we asked for an extension for just an hour, they said that Turo gives a 30 min grace period but that he wouldn’t extend past that grace period. They were going to charge a late fee just for us being 7 mins past check in time while we were still checking in. Not such a great experience as I’ve had previously with Turo cars.

Easy pick up. Back rear drivers seat won’t lock in place and slides back and forth while driving, as other reviews mention. Leaking transmission fluid. Host is aware of issues and van worked fine regardless. Very responsive hosts. Thanks.

We have already addressed the seat issue — it was a simple adjustment. The fluid mentioned was engine oil from a minor leak, which has also been fixed.
