Car stutters when drives automatic doors have issues and soda trunk

The car was good everything was good but the key fob does not work need to get a new one so you can automatic unlock and close the van without using the key

The buttons on the key fob does not work and the van stopped working while I was in the middle of the road TWICE!

The van was spacious, and pickup was straightforward, although the location is in a very busy area of Orlando.
Unfortunately, there was a serious issue with the vehicle. The oil light came on multiple times during my trip. When I reported it, I was told it simply hadn’t been reset, which was inaccurate—there was actually no oil in the van. This is a major maintenance concern and should have been addressed before the vehicle was rented out.
This situation was unacceptable, as it could have caused significant damage to the vehicle and potentially left me responsible for something that was not my fault. There was also little sense of urgency in resolving the issue.
Aside from this, I did not experience any other problems, but proper vehicle maintenance and accurate communication are critical and were lacking here.

Car needed maintenance, it shut off on me twice, it stalled while accelerating, kinda put a small dent in our vacation, we ended up staying at out Air B
