I did not know that we were going to need to pay $14 for parking ticket to pick up. That should probably be added to the checkout price so people know. Also, there was no ticket in the car to get out of the parking lot, so I had figure that out at the parking front desk. Not the end of the world but kind of annoying. Not sure if this happens a lot, but just my experience.
Van worked fine for our needs otherwise. Was dependable and clean. Would recommend as long as you know the parking details
