The host and the car were great! Clean van and everything worked as described. Smooth and clear communication from the get go. Thank you

Car was decent. Auxiliary battery was dying when I got the car and notified owner right away when the first issue popped up. He tried to tell me it was normal and the car would still drive. Then other issues caused by the dying battery popped up like the shifter going out, car not starting, dashboard going out, etc. host finally came and replaced battery. Biggest issue for us was the dvd system not working properly. But Googling the issue turns out it’s a common issue with Chrysler and I learned I’d have to just reboot the entertainment system each time so we just went ahead and did that. Then the host charged me $21 $10 convenience fee for not refueling the car but we definitely did. I have picture to prove it. Car also had intense fragrance which we don’t like bc we are sensitive to scents like that. Car also has a built in vacuum but it doesn’t even work. This car needs a lot of deeper maintenance more than just surface level to make it “okay to drive”.

The vehicle was delivered in proper working condition. The battery issue developed days into the trip and was resolved while the guest enjoyed a Disney park, with no impact on their vacation. Fuel reimbursement was processed under Turo’s policies with supporting evidence, and the Convenience Fee is charged by Turo, not the host.
