Your host is a wanted criminal and we got pull over and humiliated, requesting a full refund, you dont do back round checks on you host. You will be hearing from my attorney

The car was good and the host was good with communication. We did get pull over because of how dark the window tint was. The officer said it was an illegal to have windows that dark. He measured them. He also said the driver’s license of the owner was suspended. There were no tickets issued but it was not a good experience to get pulled over. The car had an AirTag which is against Turo’s policies after asking a few times the AirTag was deactivated by the owner.
This was my first bad experience with a Turo rental and I have used Turo on many cities across the US. Bianca is nice a communicates well but I would recommend taking care of all the issues before putting this van on Turo again.
