Car was cleaning but the break feet was bad and The wiper that goes to the water to clean the windshield was broken

We respect every guest’s opinion, but we were surprised by the 2-star overall rating, since the individual ratings were mostly 5 stars and maintenance was 4 stars.
The brakes had been inspected, and the washer issue was only low fluid in the reservoir, which was quickly checked.
We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide every guest with a safe, clean, and reliable experience.
