1st experience with Turo at all - was easier than I expected, and worked out perfectly. Will definitely be looking to do this again next time!

The host was nice but upon pick up it started up rough as well as when you hit 50mph it shakes a lot and pulls to the right. The auto start stop light is on which can cause really bad issues.The outside is a bit rough on condition with a lot of scratches and stuff. The inside is clean but can has high high mileage and I thought 130k max miles is allowed on Turo. Again host was nice but we ended our trip less than 12 hrs in after driving from airport to hotel for it being unsafe to drive with kids in tow! My husband is a diesel mechanic and said this car probably should be retired!
After your trip, the vehicle was immediately inspected and the issue reported was identified as a tire balancing matter. This can cause vibration around certain speeds but it does not affect the vehicle’s ability to operate safely. The balancing has since been corrected and the car is performing normally.
The auto start/stop light, this is a common battery system indicator and not a sign of a critical issue!
