Amazing experience but a few hiccups.
Firstly, the airport parking fee was not mentioned on the listing. It was communicated to me to be Turo's fault, but I think there should be a mention of the parking fee on the listing.
Secondly, 2 hours before my rental start time, host decided to change my car. Bigger car for the same price, but the issue was that I was on the plane and if I didn't answer by the reservation time, my rental would have been cancelled. I don't need to tell you how catastrophic it would have been if I didn't have WiFi on the plane or was sleeping/not paying attention to my phone. With 2 kids, one of them being a toddler, looking for another car would have been annoying and costly (last minute).
Lastly, I know the car said full, but I drove 2 miles and the gas meter decreased by one notch. Nitpicky, but with gas prices being high now it is an annoyance seeing I am required to bring it back full.
Reduced by 1 star because of all of the above.

The car feels like it has some transmission issues and the automatic side doors don’t work. Also it doesn’t have a USB-C ports, and made it difficult for us to charge our phones. For that type of price should’ve just gotten a different car.

Car was exactly as described and fit our family of five perfectly. Doors didn’t automatically close like our minivan at home, but that was a minor inconvenience. if you have large suitcases like we did an older children, this is the way to go.
