The car quality was good no issue with the vehicle it was clean and no mechanical issues what do ever ..bonky issue I had was I was charged 14 dollars to remove the car out the airport garage before my trip started I had to pay 14 dollars for the host vehicle being stored and it stated that host are responsible for that in the rules I ask for a refund for that paymebt with receipt proof and the host completely ignore the message but responded to everything else I ask twice about my refund during my trip not after the trip .. I had to go thru help and support to get my refund they the host was suppose to pay other than that it was good I got my refund now I'm happy but car is in good condition just ask the host to pay the parking fees and not through it on someone else when it's there responsibility

The host was wonderful to work with. The car was just okay. The tire pressure was low and the car made some noises but it worked great for what we needed it for!

The van was ok. A little bit worn and one of the tires has low pressure giving a warning light, otherwise worked fine. The host was a bit difficult to work with. He never sent the car’s location 2 hours beforehand like he said he would, and he was not responding to my messages, texts, or calls after my arrival to the airport. So my family of 5 was stuck in the airport calling Turo trying to get a refund. Finally the host responded to my messages but in broken English and was not giving me straight answers to simple questions about where the car was. My family ended up wandering the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to find it. Based on their horrible communication I would book with caution…
