The van was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. The vehicle was clean and in working condition. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating when I needed to make an adjustment to my reservation. I would rent from them again.

Easy pick up, parking was hard for drop off but not owners fault. Car felt a lil shaky over 50mph, car play didn’t work all the time. Other than that no complaints

Our first Turo rental. It was an ok experience. We didn’t expect the economy lot pickup, which takes a while to get to/from, but that’s on us. Car was dropped off 30 min late, which was tough for a family with young kids waiting in the economy lot on a hot day in Florida, and did not have a full tank of gas. Vehicle was in ok condition, which was probably appropriate as it was less expensive than alternatives.
