Very poor experience overall. Last minute our vehicle we booked months in advance we were told was unavailable and the host stated we had to downgrade to another available vehicle for same price or our trip would be canceled leaving a family of 6 with no transportation in the end of July in Orlando. Told the host we were flying with South West Airlines which lands in Terminal A. Vehicle was parked in a lot only reachable from terminal B and C. Car seat straps and seat belts were flipped around.
