I had an amazing experience renting this Pacifica minivan. My friends and I were able to use this car to get back-and-forth to the Disney parks and it was perfect for the six of us and even held all of our luggage perfectly as well. Luis was a great host and a great communicator. Would highly recommend.

3-star. The car was where it was supposed to be aling with keys. Took 25 mins to searcg for the ticket but was inadvertently placed in another lication. A/C and overall performance was fsir but not great....not so tidy but host has assured to fix. He was responsive

I would never rent from this host again.

The charging port did not work, and the owner clearly knew about the issue but failed to inform me ahead of time. I ended up stranded in another state with my kids, which was extremely stressful and unsafe.

When I reached out to ask why I wasn’t told, my message was read and completely ignored—despite the host responding to all my messages prior to that. That lack of accountability says a lot.

On top of that, the van itself was in poor condition. The hood was a completely different color from the rest of the vehicle and appeared heavily rusted, which was not accurately shown in the listing photos.

To make matters worse, after I returned the van, the host tried to charge me again with an invoice for a parking/ticket fee to remove the vehicle from the lot—something I had already paid for during my rental. Sending an invoice and photo afterward felt completely inappropriate.

Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly recommend others avoid renting this vehicle.
