The van quality was fine-no complaints. It was just as expected. Luis was very polite and was quick to respond. Communication was very good.
Our only complaint was that we rented 2 vans from Luis. The other van got a flat tire and again Luis was very good with communication, however instead of putting on a new tire or repairing the flat, the service tech put the temporary small tire on. The one you can only drive 50mph and a very limited distance. We had to get to and from church the next morning and then to the airport. Fortunately- it lasted, but it would have put a real damper on our family vacation if we had planned to so any more traveling.

I’m sorry the service tech didn’t do more you for as to replacing or fixing. That’s in Turo, not me as a host. Wish this review reflected the service on this vehicle, not the service on a different vehicle.
