Pickup location is awful. Turo shouldn’t allow it to say Orlando airport because you need to shuttle 15 minutes out. You’re stuck waiting for the shuttle. With young kids shuttling with no safety seating, it’s less than ideal.

Great ride, comfortable and perfect for large group

The car was clean and well kept. They were very communicative and answered questions quickly. I would definitely use them again.

The pickup location was off of airport grounds. It took around 20 mins on a shuttle bus to get to the parking lot. Whilst it was easy to find and the journey was fine, it was advertised as being on airport, which is one of the reasons why I selected this option.

Collecting the car from the lot and the check in process was flawless.

The car itself was clean enough inside and out. It did have quite a bit of cosmetic damage in terms of scratches and dents, but nothing major. When we picked up the car, there were only 7 seats, which was fine as initially there were only 4 of us at the airport, and I assumed that the 8th seat was just stored under the floor. It turned out that the company forgot to fit the 8th seat and whilst searching for it, I found a pill under the floor which was not ideal. I then had to make a 2 hour round trip back to the parking lot to have the 8th seat fitted. This was completely at my own cost as no fuel or toll reimbursement was offered.

The car was fine for the first few days. Then in the middle of the interstate the car shut down and would not start at a set of traffic lights. Not ideal with young children in the car. I contacted the owner and after some time he managed to have someone come and collect the car and drop off a replacement vehicle. This again though, took over 2 hours.

The replacement car was great again for a couple of days. But then the exact same issue happened. Complete loss of power and would not start. I contacted the owner where I was accused of causing the issue because there was no way that’ 2 cars could have the exact same issue happened in such a short time. He then checked the car and it turned out that there was an issue with the auxiliary battery (so not my fault, and also the exact same issue as the first car). Again, I had to drive the car to the dealership, wait over an hour to have the battery replaced, and then drive back. Another 3 and a half hours of my holiday wasted due to car trouble. The cars seem to be poorly maintained, as both vehicles also had low key fob batteries, so locking and unlocking was challenging, and the second vehicle also had a warning saying that an oils change was due.

Other than this, I had no other issues. The process for drop off was smooth. Agin having to get a shuttle bus back to the airport.

Although the owners communication was great, and the issues were resolved which I appreciate, I feel like there should have been some form of compensation with regards to fuel, tolls and wasted time as a family with young children.

If they fix the maintenance issues with the cars, then this would be a great company to hire from in future.

Van was exactly as stated and very clean. Pick up location was not good at all. Nobody would open the gates to exit or enter which was very frustrating.
