Great rental overall. The 2013 Toyota Sienna had some expected cosmetic wear, but nothing that impacted our trip. There was a minor issue initially, but the host addressed it promptly and took care of it right away, which we really appreciated.
We also rented the luggage box, which did rattle a bit when driving over 55 mph, but it significantly increased our storage capacity and was very helpful for our trip.
The vehicle worked perfectly for what we needed, and Lillian was a great communicator, very proactive and easy to work with. Would rent this car and from her again
