All around excellent! Communication was superb. Easy to find the car. Van was great. It was our first time with a minivan. I rented the wrong car seat and Kelv made it super easy to rectify. Renting the car seats was a huge bonus for us. We definitely recommend renting from Kelv and we just might rent again next time we visit!
