Danysha was very helpful and responded to me quickly with any concerns and questions that I had. Her Kia Carnival was perfect for our group of 5 ladies for our girls trip. Very clean, smooth ride. I highly recommend reserving this vehicle or any other that Danysha offers.

Danyesha was a great host and a timely communicator. The minivan is a newer model year, but a basic trim package (ie no power seats, trunk, etc). I had previously booked a different minivan from this host, but due to a Kia recall, I had to rebook this newer model minivan to prevent my booking being cancelled by Turo. The new booking was significantly more expensive than the original van. While I appreciated receiving a discount on the booking, I think it should’ve been offered at the price of the original vehicle. There was an issue at pickup, with the vehicle arriving 30 minutes late. The host communicated it was due to the previous renter leaving the van full of bugs and required extensive cleaning (luckily we encountered no bugs!) The car seats we reserved were very basic and inexplicably smelled like cat urine.
Unfortunately, the original vehicle became unavailable due to a manufacturer recall handled directly through Turo’s safety system, which was outside of our control. To avoid cancellation, we offered a newer replacement vehicle at a discounted rate despite it normally renting for more.
The prior guest also returned the vehicle late and in poor condition, requiring additional cleaning before delivery. The car seats were newly purchased and no issue with them was ever reported during the trip.
