The van was perfect for our group. It rides very smooth, efficient in gas, reliable and plenty of power/speed. I will definitely put this host on my favorites for our next trip in LA.

The van and the two car seats were great! It didn’t take long for a shuttle to come by at LAX and go directly to the parking lot, which was pretty close. I’ve rented from others before where I had to wait quite a while at the airport for a specific shuttle to come based on where the vehicle was parked. Even at drop off, it was the same - short wait time to get back to the airport. Huge pro when traveling with 2 small children. Would definitely recommend renting from them!

Quality of the car was great. Very comfortable and lots of room. Pick up and drop off location and instructions were easy and convenient. Contact person was very responsive anytime I called. No issues with car. Definitely going to rent with them again.
