The van was not very cleaned we had to do more cleaning there was food spilled coffee juice and water bottles under the seats

i have never left a negative review for anything in my life. this car was FILTHY!!! Disgusting and embarrassing to have people get in. windows smudged and gross. grime everywhere. smelled. i dont think anyone has vacuumed or cleaned this vehicle in a year. heavy dirt, grime and disgusting. i should have read more reviews. lots of comments on this car. i'm not talking about some trash or a dirty cup holder . im talking deep deep dirt.

They were kind enough to get us the car and hours early because of the time change I was off on the time. However it waa filthy. Stuff smeared on the seats and area between seats. Food and trash everywhere. Wenotified them and only got the excuse they were rushed. Untrue. We would have waited and they had weeks in advance to have it ready for us. It rode ok for its age. It was helpful with taking the family places. Communication was good. Only thing was the condition of the van. Thank you.

The vehicle ran great. Got me everywhere I needed to be. I appreciate it being mechanically sound. However, it was a mess. Looked like it hasnt been vacuumed or wiped down in months. That's not ok. I felt disgusting driving this vehicle as if I was surrounded by germs. I hate giving bad reviews. But I have to be honest and hopefully the next person won't experience the same thing. Nevertheless, it served its purpose travel wise.
