Overall good experience with this vehicle. It was our first time using Turo and Chris was helpful to help navigate us on all of the process. The van was enjoyable for our use and had a successful trip to and from.
Our biggest issues was the tire tread was incredibly low and for basic safety on the road, that was a concern to us. A vehicle being rented out should always be in optimal condition as far as the basic maintenance (I.e. tires, oil, breaks, etc). Oil level wasn't as much of a concern, but could have been filled up before the trip since the rental was planned for 2 weeks.
Aside from that, again, we had a really good experience and enjoyed our trip with this rental.

Absolute wonderful rental. It was clean and in great condition. It drove great over a few long road trips during our rental period. It even has screens on the back of the seats that have built in games for the kids and adults. We will definitely rent again if it’s available during our next visit.

So much was good and easy to work with, but 1) I felt like the car had been smoked in and they tried to cover up the smell. I didn’t have an option to reject the rental at pick up, so was stuck with it. It definitely gave me a headache after driving. 2) The description says the car seats will be professionally installed, but upon booking Christopher said that per Turo guidelines he cannot install them. That was misleading and it was difficult getting a foreign car seat tight and feel safe.
