If I could give it 1 star I would, but let’s get into it. So I originally booked the van based off listed pics, never came to check it out due to me being super busy till day of pickup…coo. I arrived at pick up and the van is overly damaged I tell the guy that gives me the key to come out and give it a look because by that time I needed something different because how much damage that was not listed or notified by me. I tell the guy that’s it too much damage and why didn’t he tell me anything he states mark my words “well I’m telling you now” like duh after I said something that you wasn’t going to present to me. By this time I’m over it, I’m just taking my pics for Turo and seeing way more so I try to find the guy that gave me the keys…he’s GONE. So I found another guys and told home my issue

Communication with the host was smooth and timely, which made the process straightforward. The vehicle served its purpose and got me where I needed to go without issues. Overall, a simple and functional rental experience — would rent again.
