A/C doesn’t work- had to have the window down the entire trip. Even when I was in 70 degree weather but I had to go somewhere with 100 degree weather and it was horrible. The music could not go above 13 notches without it just being a static mess. Host insisted that I clean the car for him or he’ll charge me $150 which is ridiculous. All messages to me from the host were automated. Mostly upset that the AC didn’t work and that I had to clean the car. Turo is supposed to be better than rental companies but he’s turning Turo into Airbnb. I’ll just get a rental car next time.

The AC was working properly before an after your rental and no concerns were reported during your trip. You even extended your rental without mentioning any issues so we had no opportunity to help. We simply reminded you of Taurus standard clinics policy and no cleaning fee was charged while we use automated messages. We also personally replied to all of your messages. We standby how this trip was handled and wish you the best.
