Everything about the trip was great except the car smelled like cigarette smoke the minute you sat inside of it. It made me uncomfortable with my two kids there.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with the smoke smell, but I didn't smell anything before dropoff or after pick up, smelled normal to me so I'm not sure where to smell is coming from. Thank you again for renting with me
