Thank you 🙏🏻
We had an issue with pickup as the car would not remotely unlock for the host. The host showed up to the pick up location and worked with Turo to cancel and swap the reservation. While we were supposed to have a 2026 Honda Odyssey, we received a 2019 Odyssey that did the job.

Ones again, thank you Jenica for your patience!!!
The situation happen unexpectedly, when we couldn’t unlock the vehicle remotely even though our substation is up to date. We called a HondaLink but they were closed for weekend.
I’m glad you agreed for the swap when I realized that the van we just picked up from the customer was available for the days you needed.
My husband cleaned it on the spot while I was on the phone with Turo.
Thanks again for your patience and flexibility!
Everything was just as described, car was good.

Fantastic experience! Great car!

We would definitely rent again. The Honda Odyssey was well maintained, extremely clean, and communication with the host was excellent.
