Car was reliable but the back doors stuck frequently and were often not closed all the way triggering the open door alarm. Smelled of cigarette smoke especially when it was muggy. On pick up i had not received the code for key retrieval which caused us to not be able to pick up the car until almost an hour later than pick up time. It took many phone calls and messages to finally receive the code for the lock box. The brake lights were out except for one above the hatch door. Overall not a bad experience!

Can was perfect for our family—ice cold AC, comfortable ride, Maged communicated clearly, and our first Turo experience was A ! Thanks! Can’t wait to rent from him again!
