Waited well over an hour for shuttle to arrive each way even with call-ahead warning. We were late both ways.
Kayley, I’m very sorry your shuttle experience felt frustrating. I was honestly sad to see this review because in our private messages you mentioned that you were having a perfect trip, wonderful time in Charleston, and enjoying the car. Usually the shuttle arrives within just a few minutes, and many guests specifically request it because they enjoy how convenient it is. Unfortunately, due to ongoing airport renovations and heavy traffic near the terminal, delays can occasionally happen.
