We unfortunately had the car for under 24 hours, as during our first full day of the trip, the car engine overheated and smoke started coming out under the hood. While Clayton was helpful, these conditions were not disclosed to us when we rented the vehicle, and we ended up being left without a rental for the remainder of our trip in Charleston. He also repeatedly asked us to drive the vehicle to a more preferable pick up location to him, even though it was repeatedly communicated with him that we felt unsafe driving the vehicle. Additionally, the front right blinker was not working when we received the vehicle. This vehicle is not currently safe to drive and I would reconsidered renting elsewhere with a more reliable and dependable rental service.

Unfortunately this is not a brand new van things happen that I have no control of. The van is 12 years old. My mechanic has everything fixed and have it back on the road.
