we were so happy with the customer Service with Clayton. He was responses quickly, always kind and polite, and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. We will definitely use them again when we return to Charleston. Highly recommend working with him!

The car quality was great! I appreciated how quick the owner’s response was with questions. I did appreciate the ability to pick up the car at the airport however I did find it strange that me (the customer) had to pick up the car via the hourly lot where it had been left overnight thus leaving me with a bigger charge to cover, and then I was asked to leave it in the daily lot for drop off where it would be cheaper for the owner to pay for.
