Pickup and return were easy, and communication was good. However, the van was not as clean as I expected when I received it, with crumbs/debris on the floor, dirty cup holders/surfaces, and an unpleasant smell upon pickup. The fuel tank was also not full at pickup. If you prefer a vehicle to be thoroughly cleaned and ready to go at pickup, that is something to keep in mind. Overall, the trip was okay, but the vehicle could have been better prepared before pickup.

The host was so accommodating. Turo canceled my rental while I was flying. He helped change part of the reservation to make sure the car was ready when we landed! Really appreciate it!

Every went well and as expected for the important parts. Car wasn’t fully cleaned. Sticky residue in front cup holders and dirt on carpets. Felt like it only got a quick surface level clean. For a 5 year old car with 133k miles, the car had vibration at highway speed and suspension felt like it was excessively loose over any bumps especially slow speed bumps. The tires were almost bald too. Thankfully we didn’t have any rain on the trip. Would be prone to hydro planning. Overall the trip went well, but it’s clear this car could use some TLC as it’s had a busy first 5 years of service

Great van perfect for our family of 7, reliable, good AC, and we drove all over for 3 days and didn’t even use a full tank. Host was also very accommodating- easy to find where we parked and adding on a car seat extra after booking!
