Thank you!
Pick up location was stupid. No car was at the location

George, we accept your review, but it only told one side of the story, so sharing the full picture.
We already apologized for the pickup; after Enterprise canceled your org booking, we personally drove you ($0) to the vehicle, issued a 5% refund, & granted a late extension during your fam emergency. We're glad we could turn a rough day around after taking your last-minute rqst, & we hope your daughter enjoys college. We hope this note serves as a small reminder that a thank-you goes a long way!
Smooth ride but my mother in law had a hard time getting in because it was too high for her. Other than that we enjoyed it. And it keep us nice and cool on this hot weather. On my next trip I would like a lower van.

Everything perfect 👌 definitely would rent again

Thank you, James! We are glad your family trip went excellently. Both the airport terminal handoff and the return at the parking lot were seamless. See you sometime again!
