This was a great van. Nice and clean runs very well. Great van for our family trip to Disneyland. Easy pick up and drop off and host was very friendly. We will definitely rent this van again. Very highly recommended.

The van was exactly as advertised—clean, reliable, and worked great throughout our trip. We had no issues with the vehicle itself and it met our expectations.
The pickup and return experience, however, left something to be desired. When we arrived to pick up the van, my wife and I were trying to unlock the keypad when a family member of the host came outside and watched us the entire time. Nothing inappropriate happened, but it made us feel a bit uncomfortable while we were figuring everything out.
When we returned the van, the host greeted us by asking, "Is there anything I should be worried about?" That came across as though he was assuming we may have damaged the vehicle, rather than welcoming us back or asking how the trip went. It wasn't the most positive way to end the rental.
Overall, the van itself was excellent, but the customer service could have been warmer and more welcoming.

This is a fantastic car. Extremely well maintained and spotless clean. We were 6 adults who comfortably drive to LA and back from Fremont.
The host is very responsive and kind. We ran late without much trouble he helped extend the trip by few hours, including a few extra.
