Chang was great to work with. The van was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip. Everything went smoothly from pickup/drop-off to communication. Honestly made us want to buy one now. Will definitely rent from him again in the future for family trips.

Van was super clean inside and out. Chang made pick-up (and drop-off) super easy, which was a huge help for my family traveling on spring break. We also needed some car seats and those were also spotless. Highly recommendded!
