Andrew’s Sienna was a great, clean and comfortable ride. We loved the simplicity of pickup and drop off. Andrew was very great at communicating and prompt to reply. We would definitely rent from Andrew again in the future. Thank you. 😊

Nice vehicle. Will rent again. I let the owner know about the hybrid battery that was low on charge. He will fix it.

The vehicle was driven over 1,000 miles in four days, yet you reported no issue or provided photos or documentation until after the additional-mileage charge was submitted. The Sienna is regularly serviced by Toyota and had no prior battery issues. Given its condition upon return, it appears you slept in the vehicle and ran the A/C for extended periods. In a hybrid, prolonged idling with the A/C on will prevent the battery from recharging properly.
Great experience!
