The vehicle was as advertised. Pickup and drop off was simple and convenient. I'll rent from Marcus again.

There is a saying... "You get what you pay for!" While I saved about $200 renting this van vrs a 6-7 passenger vehicle from a rental company, this van was very nice but had many problems during the 2 weeks I had it... #1 Front tires were in need of replacement, #2Engine oil and coolant were below low lines, #3 Passenger sliding door sounded like it was about to break. #4 Rear tailgate door didn't open several times when I pressed button and #5 there was no spare tire! I liked the convenience of picking up van in short-term parking at New Orleans airport vrs long shuttle ride around airport to rental car facility.... I don't know if that convenience and the money I saved was worth the safety of my family in a vehicle that wasn't ready to drive long distance! Owner was very communicative via text and did offer to service vehicle but I didn't have the time to be without vehicle while on vacation. He did however reimburse me for oil and coolant I purchased. In future I might rent from this owner again but he would need to reassure me vehicle is ready for a long drive!
