The car is a very clean well running car. It is nice to drive. I would suggest to people to bring their own phone mount. As we could not hook my phone to the car for navigating. Also the car is not good for a motorized wheel chair. You have to lift the chair over the clips. Our chair weighs 197 lb. My last suggestion is when the airport parking is full to just meet at the cell phone parking lot. Have someone bring the client to the terminal. That way it saves time and money. The owner was very easy to work with. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback, Sharon. The Q’Straint tie-downs are removable and do not require lifting a wheelchair over them. We send all guests an instructional video before their trip explaining how to use the wheelchair securement system. While this vehicle does not have Apple CarPlay, it does include built-in GPS navigation. We also provide wheelchair dimension guidelines in the listing photos, as the vehicle is generally better suited for manual wheelchairs than larger power wheelchairs.
