The host was incredibly helpful, even when I encountered issues with the app on my bank account. They were understanding and guided me through the situation, helping me resolve the problems and ensure a smooth experience. The car was well-maintained, clean, and mechanically sound. The location was easy to find, and the pickup process was seamless. Overall, it was very convenient and I would definitely recommend it to others and rent from this host again. They provided everything you could want from a host.

The vehicle was sufficient. I knew it was older going into the rental but was surprised but all the minor cosmetic damage which made me take extra photos. The real issue was with communication. The initial impression was good but then during an emergency the hosts phone died and took over 2 hours to reach back out to me. And the 2 hours included a massive storm I had to sit through with a flat tire while waiting for roadside assistance which dropped the ball and never issued anyone to help me. So not the best experience overall. While the tire issue was not on the host or the vehicle I do feel the host could have done more to support my emergency
