The communication wasn’t very strong. Not sure why my messages weren’t even acknowledged.
Hi Dawn. Sorry you felt that way. We do work hard to have good clear communication especially with pick up and return instructions. We typically receive high marks for communication. Of the two messages I received from you, one received a response within minutes and the other was letting me know you would arrive in 15 minutes. I did see that message although I didn’t see any questions from you so I guess I assumed all was well. I wonder, did you send any questions that didn’t get through to me?
