Really enjoyed the use of this vehicle. It was perfect for our group of 6. Easy delivery and pickup.

Car stopped on me multiple times while I was driving . I would have to turn the car off and then back on. Also the car would jolt forward when I would slow down or come to a stop. I spent a full day at a mechanic shop in a hot car with my 2 toddlers 3 older kids and my elderly mom. It took Turo and the host the full day to come to a resolution. I was stuck in a small town so there were no Lyfts or Ubers that was willing to take me and my family into town. Ended up paying a local taxi 200 to get back home .
We greatly apologize about this being an issue.
We do our very best to keep these Turo vehicles at the best condition possible, and we will continue to work on improving.
