The ac did not work in the van. The owners did not work with me to getbthis correct. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. I had elderly that needed ac for a long road trip.
You were given several options to get this corrected, and you refused all of them. You then only wanted to communicate off of Turo where you demanded money back. Once we got the van back, we had the van checked and the AC was working.

Get you from a 2B. Air conditioner was not effective toward the second and third seats. Everything else great.

The car was clean and ran great the whole trip. It was roomy enough for six people running around the Nashville area. The pickup area was a tad sketchy but was close to the airport, from where we had to catch an Uber.
