Great experience from start to finish! The van was reliable and worked perfectly for what I needed. Justin was very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!

Everything was good, the A/C at the back row doesn’t seem to work as it should but everything else worked fine :)

The ac did not work in the van. The owners did not work with me to getbthis correct. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. I had elderly that needed ac for a long road trip.

You were given several options to get this corrected, and you refused all of them. You then only wanted to communicate off of Turo where you demanded money back. Once we got the van back, we had the van checked and the AC was working.
