the process was easy and the van was just what i needed

No frills and not a lot of customer service, van was fine no issues

The pick up was fairly easy once I figured out the lockbox. They were always available for questions. Drop off instructions were easy too. Luckily I had no parking tickets or the dilemma. Laura provided great phone service. Car was in working order with no problems.

Great car and great hosts Justin and Laura are the best. this is probably my 5th time using their cars and it’s always a pleasure.
No smoking allowed
